Zane Belcak

Zane Belcak is an Associate Planner with Zynergy Retirement Planning.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Leadership Communication, and his Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University. He currently holds his Series 65 and is actively pursuing his Certified Financial Planner™ designation.

Zane also serves as co-host of the Retirement GPS Podcast, where he and Ryan Zacharczyk, CFP®, help listeners navigate retirement with clarity by breaking down key financial topics and providing practical, easy to understand guidance.

Outside of the office, he enjoys weightlifting and reading. Zane resides in Old Bridge, NJ.

Grace Gallagher

Grace Gallagher is the General Manager of Zynergy Retirement Planning.

Grace graduated from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Mathematics. She began her career with Zynergy as an intern and transitioned into a full-time role as an Assistant Planner, where she supported the financial planning process through detailed analysis and behind-the-scenes coordination. These experiences built a strong foundation for her transition into management and oversight of business operations within the firm.

Grace serves as the President of Zynergy Cares, a 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service.

Grace lives in Spring Lake, enjoying time near the beach with her dog, Luna.

Lori Hollander, CPA, MBA

Lori Hollander is the CFO and Head of Tax Services with Zynergy Retirement Planning.

She is an experienced individual tax accountant and business leader with considerable expertise leading teams in finance and accounting and supporting business clients with financial planning in various industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare. She has spent most of her career at Merck and Co., Inc. and began her career as an auditor at the accounting firm of KPMG.

Lori is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in NJ. She received a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Lori has donated her time and expertise to philanthropic causes, including as Treasurer of the NYC Komen Race for the Cure and as a committee member for the Lupus Research Alliance Walk to End Lupus.

Lori currently resides in West Long Branch NJ and enjoys spending time at the gym and on the boardwalk, beach and pickleball court.

Matthew Perri

Matthew Perri is an Associate Planner with Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.

Matthew graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology’s School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Finance. Along with his degree, Matthew holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Prior to joining the Zynergy team, Matthew built experience as a financial planner at Prudential and Stifel, working with individuals on investment, retirement, and risk management strategies.

Matthew lives in Asbury Park where he spends his time surfing and running.

Jillian Sullivan

Jillian Sullivan is an Office Manager and Executive Assistant with Zynergy Retirement Planning.

Jillian graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Prior to joining the Zynergy team, Jillian held a client relations and management role for 12 years in her prior job.

Some of her favorite ways to spend time is being with her family, reading and traveling to places near and far. Jillian lives in Brick, NJ with her family.

Michela Zacharczyk

Michela Zacharczyk is a Member Service Associate at Zynergy Retirement Planning, where she supports members with a wide range of service needs. During tax season, Michela plays a key role in assisting our accountant, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for members.

In addition to her service role, Michela serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory adherence and internal standards.

Michela graduated from the University of Connecticut with a master’s degree. She is a proud co-founder of Zynergy Cares, a 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service. She continues to lead the organization’s Operation Prep and Landing initiative during the holiday season, helping support families in need.

She resides in Oceanport, NJ with her husband and three children

Ryan Zacharczyk, CFP®, MBA

Ryan Zacharczyk is the president and founder of Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial firm helping people with more than $3 million simplify retirement complexity with a focus on coordinating investments, taxes, and legacy planning.

For almost a decade, Ryan worked as a financial trader for a Manhattan specialist firm. At this Wall Street organization, he was a specialist on the floor of the American Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange making markets in both options and ETF’s.

Ryan has written numerous articles related to retirement and financial planning. He was the personal finance writer for Currents Magazine and Dummies.com. He published his first book, “The 7 Deadly Retirement Sins”, in 2012.

Ryan is a former chairman of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a former member of the Development Committee at the Two River Theater and a founder of Zynergy Cares, a 501©3 foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service.

He holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Certified Retirement Planning Counselor designation, and is an Accredited Wealth Manager Advisor. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).

For the past 12 years, Ryan has been named as a 5 star money manager by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Ryan ranked in the top 2% of all money managers statewide and is regularly featured in their January issue.

Ryan received two degrees from the University of Connecticut, where he was captain of their Division I swim team. His Bachelors of Science is in Business, while his Bachelors of Arts is in Communications. Ryan has also received his MBA in finance from Monmouth University.

Ryan lives in Oceanport, NJ with his wife and three children.
