Bill Gallagher, CFP®, MPAS®

Bill Gallagher is a Senior Planner with Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.

Bill has been in the personal financial planning field for 15 years. Over the course of his career Bill has worked closely with clients to understand their goals and dreams and develop comprehensive wealth management strategies to help individuals and families achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Bill holds the Certified Financial Planner designation and the Master Planner Advanced Studies designation, through the College for Financial Planning. Bill is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Mount St. Mary’s College. He also received a Masters of Science in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning.

Bill lives in Ocean Township, NJ with his wife and daughter.

Lori Hollander, CPA, MBA

Lori Hollander is the CFO and Head of Tax Services with Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years.

She is an experienced individual tax accountant and business leader with considerable expertise leading teams in finance and accounting and supporting business clients with financial planning in various industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare. She has spent most of her career at Merck and Co., Inc. and was previously a senior auditor at the accounting firm of KPMG.

Lori is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in NJ. She also holds a Certified Fraud Examiner designation through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Lori is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She received a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Lori has donated her time and expertise to philanthropic causes, including as Treasurer of the NYC Komen Race for the Cure and as a committee member for the Lupus Research Alliance Walk to End Lupus.

Lori currently resides in Belmar NJ and is an avid pickleball player.

Grace Gallagher

Grace Gallagher is an Assistant Planner with Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.

Grace graduated from Fairfield University, Dolan School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a minor in Mathematics. Prior to interning and subsequently joining Zynergy in a full-time role, Grace held several customer service positions which honed her skills in assisting and supporting business clients.

Grace has been an active volunteer in her community, serving senior citizens, and working with special needs children at Special Strides Therapeutic Riding Academy and Zynergy Cares, a 501©(3) foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service.

Grace lives in Spring Lake, enjoying time near the beach with her dog, Luna.

Michela Zacharczyk

Michela Zacharczyk is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Master’s Degree. Michela is a proud co-founder and secretary of Zynergy Cares, a 501 C 3 foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service. She currently lives in Oceanport, NJ with her husband and three children.

Zane Belcak

Zane Belcak is a Paraplanner with Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.

Zane graduated from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and minoring in Leadership Communication. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Monmouth University. Prior to interning and subsequently joining Zynergy in a full-time role, Zane held leadership positions in his school’s Financial Planning Club, serving as President for two years, and as Finance Chair of Operations for his fraternity, Sigma Tau Gamma, for a year and a half during his tenure at Monmouth.

Originally from Mount Olive, NJ, Zane now resides in Monmouth County. He enjoys playing weekly basketball games and participates in summer tournaments.

Jillian Young

Jillian Young is an Office Manager and Executive Assistant with Zynergy Retirement Planning.

Jillian graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Prior to joining the Zynergy team, Jillian held a client relations and management role for 12 years in her prior job.

She has been a volunteer cheerleading coach for the last 15 years. Some of her favorite ways to spend time is being with her family, reading and traveling to places near and far. Jillian lives in Brick, NJ with her fiancé, son and stepdaughter.

Ryan Zacharczyk, CFP®, MBA

Ryan Zacharczyk is the president and founder of Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.

For almost a decade, Ryan worked as a financial trader for a Manhattan specialist firm. At this Wall Street organization, he was a specialist on the floor of the American Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange making markets in both options and ETF’s. He managed risk for accounts containing assets as large as $80 million.

Ryan has written numerous articles related to retirement and financial planning. He was the personal finance writer for Currents Magazine and Dummies.com. He recently published his first book, “The 7 Deadly Retirement Sins”.

Ryan is a former chairman of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Development Committee at the Two River Theater and a founder of Zynergy Cares, a 501©3 foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service.

He holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Certified Retirement Planning Counselor designation, and is an Accredited Wealth Manager Advisor. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).

For the past 7 years, Ryan has been named as a 5 star money manager by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Ryan ranked in the top 2% of all money managers statewide and is regularly featured in their January issue.

Ryan received two degrees from the University of Connecticut, where he was captain of their Division I swim team. His Bachelors of Science is in Business, while his Bachelors of Arts is in Communications. Ryan has also received his MBA in finance from Monmouth University.

Ryan lives in Oceanport, NJ with his wife and three children.
