Lauren Flanagan, CFP®, MBA
Lauren Flanagan is the Vice-President and a senior planner at Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.
Lauren spent the better part of a decade in financial services, beginning at Merrill Lynch and ending at a community bank here in Monmouth County, before joining Zynergy Retirement Planning in 2012.
Lauren has served on many nonprofit boards through the years. Currently, she serves on the board of LeTip of Red Bank and is an active member of her daughters’ PTO. Lauren is a proud co-founder and treasurer of Zynergy Cares, a 501©3 foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service.
Lauren holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation and is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and Spanish from Ursinus College, where she was captain of their Division I field hockey team. She received
her MBA from Monmouth University and is a graduate of The College for Financial Planning’s CFP® Certification Professional Education Program.
Lauren lives in Hazlet, NJ with her family.
Alli Iacullo, CPA
Alli Iacullo is a Member Concierge at Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.
Alli began her career in the financial services sector of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she audited hedge funds. After working for a couple of years in public accounting, she moved into the private industry of media and advertising; first working as a financial analyst at HBO and then as a manager of financial planning and analysis at JCDecaux. She also has experience in graphic design and the arts, graduating from the prestigious Shillington School in NYC before joining Zynergy Retirement Planning.
Alli received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with a minor in Finance, from Villanova University. During college, she participated in the Walt Disney World College Program where she had an opportunity to learn firsthand about exceptional customer service.
Alli currently lives in Ocean Grove, NJ.
Michela Zacharczyk is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Master’s Degree. Michela is a proud co-founder and secretary of Zynergy Cares, a 501 C 3 foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service. She currently lives in Oceanport, NJ with her husband and three children.
Ryan Zacharczyk, CFP®, MBA
Ryan Zacharczyk is the president and founder of Zynergy Retirement Planning, LLC, a financial planning firm specializing in working with mature adults over 50 years old.
For almost a decade, Ryan worked as a financial trader for a Manhattan specialist firm. At this Wall Street organization, he was a specialist on the floor of the American Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange making markets in both options and ETF’s. He managed risk for accounts containing assets as large as $80 million.
Ryan has written numerous articles related to retirement and financial planning. He was the personal finance writer for Currents Magazine and Dummies.com. He recently published his first book, “The 7 Deadly Retirement Sins”.
Ryan is a former chairman of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Development Committee at the Two River Theater and a founder of Zynergy Cares, a 501©3 foundation dedicated to improving the community through philanthropy and service.
He holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Certified Retirement Planning Counselor designation, and is an Accredited Wealth Manager Advisor. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
For the past 7 years, Ryan has been named as a 5 star money manager by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Ryan ranked in the top 2% of all money managers statewide and is regularly featured in their January issue.
Ryan received two degrees from the University of Connecticut, where he was captain of their Division I swim team. His Bachelors of Science is in Business, while his Bachelors of Arts is in Communications. Ryan has also received his MBA in finance from Monmouth University.
Ryan lives in Oceanport, NJ with his wife and three children.
